Does my country need a visa to enter China?
29 countries with mutual visa-exemption agreements with ChinaCitizens from these countries are generally allowed to travel to China without a visa for a single stay of up to 30 days, or a cumulative stay of no more than 90 days within any 180 days, for the purposes of tourism, travel, business, and visiting family or friends.

As of 2026, citizens of 90+ countries can enter China visa-free for 15–30 days, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, most EU member states, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and many others. Please verify your country's current entry status on the official Chinese Embassy website, as policies are subject to change. How to apply for the APES 2026 invitation letter
Complete your free visitor registration and provide your personal and company details to qualify for an official invitation letter.
Send your completed details and a copy of your passport to our official email info@autopart-expo.com, or reach the team through our contact page.
Wait for the organizing committee to stamp the invitation letter and send it back to you by email — usually within 2–3 business days.
Please note
- We provide this service only to trade visitors, buyers, media, and associations attending the exhibition.
- We can only issue standard exhibition invitation letters.
- Processing takes 2–3 business days. We strongly recommend applying more than a month before departure. Under the current policy, an official invitation letter is required for foreign nationals applying for a China visa.
China Business Visa (M visa) application guide
For countries not covered by China's visa-free policy, apply for a Chinese Business Visa (M visa) at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country. Your APES 2026 official invitation letter can be used as supporting documentation for the application.
